I’m an Assistant Professor in Philosophy and Computer Science (fixed term) at the University of Toronto. I teach courses in moral and political philosophy, as well as philosophy of law. I also prepare and deliver ethics modules in computer science classes for the Embedded Ethics Education Initative in collaboration with instructors from the Department of Computer Science.
I was born in Victoria, British Columbia and raised in Calgary, Alberta, before moving to Toronto for graduate school. I completed my PhD thesis, Liberal Theories of Political Authority, at the University of Toronto under the supervision of David Dyzenhaus.
I can be reached through e-mail or (on rare occasion) Twitter.
